Late breaker H1N1pdm abstract submission deadline: 13 November 2009

The Epidemics2 conference committee would like to invite late breaker abstracts specifically on H1N1pdm. Please submit late breaking abstracts using the Online Submission Form by 13 November 2009 according to the abstract preparation guidelines.

 

The oral programme will include an extended H1N1 session (mixing accepted H1N1 abstracts and additional late breaking abstracts).

Accepted H1N1dpm late breaking abstracts will be printed in an appendix to the conference abstract book to allow the abstracts to include the latest research on this evolving topic.

All abstracts will be refereed and a criterion of rejection will be lack of originality. A condition of submission is that, if accepted, the paper will be presented at EPIDEMICS² by one of the authors.

Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 2 hours for your receipt to be returned to you.

For revisions or queries regarding abstracts already submitted
If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication. Please email the Conference Secretariat with details of any revisions or queries. Please quote your reference number if you have one.
